Warranty Instructions: This warranty is valid for the specified mention period. In case of any problem with your device, please visit your nearest Meta Care Service center. Please go through the following warranty instructions.
  1. Unauthorized Repair: Any repair through anywhere other than an authorized Meta Care Service center invalidates the warranty of your device.
  1. Device Box, Warranty Card, Sales Invoice: The device box, this warranty card, and the sales invoice must be preserved during the warranty period. All customers are required to present this warranty card & sales invoice to the Meta Care Service center to be able to submit a warranty claim. The warranty does not cover any physical damages and print damages on the PCB due to the charger.
  1. Warranty Cover: Warranty cover is available only on the device. MMC, LCD/LCM, and FPCB are not covered under warranty.
  1. Warranty Void: There is no warranty on in-box accessories & on any mechanical component that gets damaged by friction & damages caused by any additional equipment or non-genuine accessories, including data cables, batteries, chargers, external antennas, carrying cases, hands-free, mounting kits, or any other accessory or equipment which is not an integral part of the device.
  1. Warranty of your device becomes void if:
(a) The device is exposed to any liquid or moisture. (b) The device is broken. (c) The PCB/circuit/component burns because of voltage fluctuations. (d) The device has been opened or serviced anywhere other than the Meta Care Service center.
  1. Pre-claim Check: Meta Care is authorized to check any uncovered damages or unauthorized repairs by opening the device before accepting the device for a warranty claim.
  1. Note: Meta Care shall not be responsible if:
(a) The warranty card is lost. (b) The customer’s data is lost. (c) Meta Care owners, management, employees, and all associated/non-associated suppliers/dealers shall not be held responsible for any losses arising during the usage/shutdown of the device, which includes loss of information, stress, commercial/business (Profit/Loss), and any kind of obstruction and communication. Meta Care is authorized to record any remarks, status, or repair history on this warranty card. In case of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, only the radio module or main PCB will be replaced.
