Warranty Claim Requirements

  • To claim the warranty, customers must provide:
  • Device Box
  • Original Warranty Card
  • Sales Invoice

What Voids the Warranty?

  • Repair by unauthorized service providers.
  • Exposure to liquid, moisture, or physical damage.
  • PCB/circuit/component burns due to voltage fluctuations.

What Warranty Does Not Cover

  • MMC, LCD/LCM, and FPCB.
  • Physical damages and PCB print damages due to charger issues.
  • Repair by unauthorized service providers.
  • Exposure to liquid, moisture, or physical damage.
  • PCB/circuit/component burns due to voltage fluctuations.
  • Opening or servicing the device outside Meta Care Service Center.
  • In-box accessories (battery, charger, data cable, external antenna, hands-free, mounting kits, carrying cases).
  • Mechanical components damaged by friction.
  • Damages caused by additional equipment or non-genuine accessories.
